Individual Therapy
Working one on one to reach identified treatment goals
People can struggle with anything from things related to the work environment, navigating social and family relationships, and coming to terms with past experiences and associated emotions. Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to help people explore their feelings, work through life challenges, identify aspects of themselves and their lives that they wish to change, and set goals to help them work towards these changes. Change arises in a variety of ways and therapy is designed to discover the unique needs of each individual. Therapy is a judgment free zone that is client centered and client led. Results from therapy are dependent upon the active engagement from the individual and change is measured from clearly established goals and hopes for therapy. We owe it to ourselves to work on ourselves and learn to love all the various parts of ourselves.
